Feather with Green

Original mixed media (paper) collage on stretched canvas. 

Dimensions: 18x18 inches. Canvas is 3/4 inch but the attached papers are  sticking out about 1 inch or so. 

Recycled material: Wall paint sample cards from bankrupted paint store.  

Produced in 2016

Colors: brown, yellow, green, shallow pink, etc... 

Since the "feathers" are sticking out, they create shadows, depending on the direction of light that hits the art, that makes this piece quite interesting.
