Retainer for Commission Work for Florida Apartment Project

This retainer of $500 is applied to design work prior to the actual production.

This payment becomes a part of the cost of the final product, thus, this amount will be deducted from the invoiced price at the time of ordering the painting.

If, after the planning phase, you decided not to order the painting, this payment is non-refundable. 

Workflow after retainer collection:  

Upon deciding the design and dimensions, I collect the half of the cost, minus the retainer you have paid. 

After the work is completed, the remainder will be collected upon delivery.
