The print will be produced upon an order at a third party printing company in California and will be shipped to you from the facility. 

Turnaround time varies depending on how busy they are at the time, but they usually complete it in less than a week from my experience with them and shipping time frame depends on the distance. They use USP. Shipping fee is included in the price.
